Linda is a watercolor artist and native of southern New Jersey. She enjoys the fluidity of watercolor in conveying mood and creating luminosity in her paintings. Her art practice began with local lessons by noted instructors, progressing to classes at Fleischer Art Memorial.Linda continues to explore styles and techniques through workshops with renowned artists, most recently Frank Eber (AWS) and Al Gury (PAFA). She currently studies with Marie Natale (NJWS).
Linda exhibits her work in galleries and art shows in southern New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Recently her work was featured in the exhibit “Transparent Color in Reflection” at the Pitman Art Center & Gallery. She was also juried into the “All in the Family” exhibit at the Smithville Mansion Annex Gallery, where she received Second Place for Works on Paper. Her work is featured in many private collections. In addition, she has been commissioned for a number of pieces.
Linda is a member of the Pitman Art Center and Gallery and the Gloucester County Art League, where she held the office of secretary for several years and is a contributor to the newsletter.
